Yes. Every new student gets 3 free 30-minute demo sessions, one with each of three different tutors, and no card is required. Try them, then pay only once you have found the right match.
Every tutor passes an identity check and a qualification review, and teaches a demo lesson our team assesses, before they can accept a student. Only verified tutors are listed, and reviews on a profile come from real completed bookings.
These follow different rules, and both are shown before you confirm. You can reschedule a paid lesson free up to 12 hours before it starts; inside 12 hours the slot is fixed, and demo sessions cannot be rescheduled. If you cancel a paid lesson more than 24 hours ahead the amount returns to your account as credit; cancel inside 24 hours and it is forfeited.
Yes. Availability and booking are timezone-aware on both sides, so every time you see is your own local time. Lessons run on Zoom from anywhere, and you can pay in your local currency.
